Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it to run workshops, specially in the Continuous Improvement area. Miro helps to create a digital collaboration space for people attending from different locations and sometimes even asynchronous . It is an infinite board that allows you to consolidate all workshop data in one single place, including excel, ppt, pdf, images and others.
Pros

- Integration

- Not able to export as PPT
- Export as PDF is limited
- Takes some time to load

- Collaboration
- User friendly
Miro makes it much easier to collaborate on new projects with remote workers and multiple locations. We use it now for several different types of trainings and workshops and the feedback is usually great. It may require some onboarding to the tool though as it may not be intuitive enough for all types of stakeholders.
Miro offers much more functionalities compared to whiteboard, like the clock to track the workshop timing and the option to go incognito while writing your ideas in the board. Besides that, it allows you to paste different types of files in one single board, being a great way to centralize all information needed in the project.
