Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Engineers from my department are currently using Miro to help explain new designs to others, define things like file structures (i.e. where is this and where is that?). We are also using Miro to share notes during remote meetings. It is helping us put things in common when working remotely but is also a nice tool to organize your own ideas and such.
  • Live editing from multiple users.
  • Quick creation of simple boards.
  • Templates!
  • PDF export is nice but can be tricky to get it right.
  • Improved productivity on remote meetings.
Not many. I feel like we are still figuring out how to incorporate the tool into our work, but we are using it more and more.
It is very easy to use and understand, it hardly requires any training.
It helps to share ideas visually during meetings, as everyone can edit the board or just move the mouse around to explain something.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is nice for engineering teams working remotely that require sharing design info between teammates in a visual way. It is also good for live editing and note sharing during meetings, so it helps to work together in real-time. It is also good for personal use, but it excels when working with others.
