Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for collaborating with a distributed remote team. It's the best tool I have seen for this purpose, with useful sharing, privacy / permissions, and handling many users at once. Much better to diagram ideas than just to talk about them and much more flexible than slides / PowerPoint.
- Handles many simultaneous users
- Lots of ways to collaborate
- Can capture large amounts of info (tho not unlimited)
- Fast to set up a new board, lots of templates & tools
- Board starts to slow down with a lot of objects, need to break them up
- Better board organization, like folders etc.
- Ability to relate & group boards to each other
- Able to develop technical ideas quickly
- Greatly improves remote collaboration
- Manage workshops to collect input from many stakeholders
Very helpful for collaboration with remote teams.
