Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I like Miro a lot, it has been one of the greatest and most iconic tools that we use in my organization for collaboration and teamwork. It enables me to organize my own thoughts and ideas which are good for projects, and collaborate with my team members or colleagues at different locations any time. Being able to collect all sorts of materials, designs, references, links, diagrams and more has been prolific for my team members. It enables my team to create better user flows and roadmaps as a result of the collaborative features. Overall it's a great tool that fosters communication and collaboration in real-time.

The customer support was very helpful and thus the implementation of Miro was hussle free and time saving.
Miro is an excellent platform that offers seamless integrations with other top-notch tools like Slack and Microsoft. This has always boosted our collaboration and teamwork.
Miro whiteboard enables us to create flows and roadmaps. This has brought about simple collaboration and teamwork even on remote areas.
My team is able to collaborate and communicate in real-time thanks to Miro collaborative features. It helps give a bird eye view of our projects we're working on and this also allows our clients to easily understand what we're doing and put in their contribution as well. It has reduced the need for back-and-forth emails by providing a more engaging medium for sharing information for everyone.

It's also easy to use for anyone and the customer support team has been second to none. It enables us to work even on remote areas because it has tools that we use to collaborate and communicate on tasks and projects in real-time.
