Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to workshop ideas and get colleagues to join and add their comments. We create journey maps and swim lane diagrams to visualize complex processes. We also use Miro in connection with Excel, copying notes into xls files, and cell content into Miro notes. This helps with analyzing users feedback, then organzing them
- Great visual, templates to help convey concepts, milestones, timelines.
- Creating a board on a subject and allowing for many frames, pages on content, stored in one area to share with team, and stakeholders.
- Ability to integrate images and text, incorporating icons and shapes to create infographics and journeys.
- Copying in xls file cells and paste them into Miro as tables or notes.
- Tables could be improved, when creating from excel lots of editing is needed to make the content usable, size of text fir instance.
- Awaiting Miro Assist, approval from our security org.
- Change colors of the embedded icons, cannot do that right now.
- Clarity of work with teams, timelines, journeys
- Workshopping has been a great addition to team engagement.
- Being able to gather many items of content on a project into one place, including text, images, screen caps, notes, has made our teams work more productive.
This has been one of the biggest reasons we love Miro so much. Our teams are mainly remote and whiteboarding is a key tool.
