Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for a vast number of things, ranging from just a simple brainstorming white board to helping us manage large projects and events. This was absolutely essential during the pandemic and we continue to use it for just about every single product launch, process improvement, sustaining projects, and kaizens.
  • Collaboration
  • Single source of truth
  • Brainstorming
  • Default text size can sometimes be way too small
  • New users are often easily confused by the interface
  • Would love for it to be easier to copy and paste between boards
  • Don't have hard numbers, but productivity is far increased
  • Always good to have a reference we can go back to at any time and not have to dig around for it in a random file or server
  • Sometimes challenging to ensure everyone has the same permissions, which can slow things down in a group scenario
The whiteboard is the central part of Miro that we use the most and it's pretty much a requirement now for any and all projects.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has been great to us and it really excels at allowing for cross-collaboration, especially with remote workers. Being able to see in real-time what everyone is doing makes it feel like we're all there in the same room, which really helps make sure we're productive and efficient. It's really great for sharing ideas, but not always the best for having something offline that can be exported or shared in person.
