Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro widely. For sketching ideas, planning and client engagement. We’ve also used it to create reusable assets for projects and workshops.
  • Ability to create complex layouts and have some control of design.
  • Fast and responsive.
  • Easy to export anssets and share.
  • Ability to archive and manage old boards.
  • Ways to keep boards more organised. People make a mess very quickly.
  • Better corporate support. We often have to go to Mural and Whiteboard with much worse experience because Miro is blocked. They tell us because of security and sanctions. Apparently some elements are from Russia?
  • We can build propositions around it.
  • Allows us to serve remote clients easier.
Essential. We have been able to work with teams overseas. It still requires work and not the same as being there. But much better than what we’d get otherwise.

It’s become a default go to for us. The level of features and control is really impressive. The only wish I have is for tools to keep boards and projects more organised - this is because it is so easy to use, a lot of content can be created by many people. It’s an essential tool for our business.
