Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mainly use it to build various peer-to-peer coaching learning programs and to discuss project milestones with different clients. It's a great way to collaborate with different kind of people eg. for brainstorming sessions as well.
  • open endless space on boards
  • variety of tools to use on boards
  • facilitation tools like tiner
  • locked elements can still be copied as a whole and will then be available. Super annoying.
  • Frames can only be hidden by board owners - why?
  • Quicker Onboarding for first time users would be great.
  • Talktrack videos should be easier to edit, copy or be saved locally.
  • I want my private boards that only I can see. Password protection?
  • It became a go-to place for brainstorming new ideas for our mainly remote team.
  • It allows us to build templates for recurring and similar type of project.
  • It improved the way we conduct regular Retro sessions
Smooth implementation for all team members. Once you understand the basics, Miro is a no-brainer tool and loved by everyone. We recently upgraded to 3 seats to allow access for the whole team.
We barely integrated Miro with other tools. So far there was no need.
It definitely simplified collaboration with team memebers abroad. Our small startup mainly works remote from home or other places and having a tool like Miro in the cloud helps a lot with our day to day tasks. It even simplified the way we work with one of our main clients from the US.
I started with Mural during Covid but quickly switched to Miro due to better usability and design possibilities on Miro. Tools like FigJam were nice to have but I always preferred MIRO over FigJam or any other tool as I got used to it quickly and found everything that I needed.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro opened up a completely new way for us to concept, build and design learning programs where collaboration in a small group is key for all users. We often build individual boards for groups of 4 to 5 people.
