Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it as a digital sandbox. A place to collaborate, get creative and to mindmap ideas.
  • asynchronous collaboration
  • Visual storytelling
  • Large-scale ideation sessions
  • formatting feels clunky sometimes. Creating/recreating shapes sometimes feels painful.
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved collaboration (for those across geolocations)
  • Large scale initiative planning
We love it. I also love being able lock past collaborations so nothing is lost accidentally by a quick mouse click. While training helps you be more effective, just to get involved with an existing board and start contributing is very easy.
Google is actually decommissioning Jamboard and I think it's because they know other people are doing it much better. Teams also has a whiteboard feature that I find uninspired and I'm unlikely to use it unless it's out of bare necessity. I've never tried Mural so I can't speak to it, but I know it is also quite popular.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I don't think I would use it for project management, but I do love it for project kick-offs. I also love it for after-action reviews.
