Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It addresses quick collaboration. I love that you can throw ideas on the board at any time, and people can view it regardless of role or time zone. I am an Architect and work with other offices frequently, so it allows me to work with other offices even when we are on different schedules. I like that you can put as much on the board as you want and make it as organized as you want, but you can also just use it as a messy pin-up space.
- Miro does a good job of snapping to grids and allowing you to organize your thoughts in a clean way
- Miro allows you to upload a lot of images and text without it slowing down too much.
- Miro does a good job of giving you multiple options for annotating - from free hand sketching to post-its to hard shapes.
- There are some times that we put too many images on the Miro Board and it slows it down.
- I wish there was a recommended scale to use. I have noticed each board I use, the scales vary so drastically, I never know the best place to start.
- I wish it had the ability to pdf portions of the board into presentation format.
- I wish there was a search function to help you find text or images as sometimes we forget where we dropped something.
- I believe we have had an increased collaboration through Miro.
- We have also had an easier time adding and changing team members using Miro as the base for team members to go to.
- Miro makes it easier to find things than most other software.
Miro has allowed us to collaborate in a really easy way. We can all throw ideas on the board in different formats and communicate through the board. I could not imagine doing a new project without it. It also allows us to easily track our progress. It is a great tool for new projects.
