Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro to effectively manage our agile events, such as iteration planning / retrospective / customer interviews. Since our teams are a mixture or remote and collocated employees, a digital whiteboard with a robust set of features is the only way we can enable all employees to participate collectively.

Pros

Drawing complex solution diagrams.
Effectively managing/ grouping / accessing disparate information and data sources.
Providing an engaging toolset that allows employees to express their thoughts and ideas.

Cons

The mobile app does not seem to have parity with all editing features that the desktop browser experience offers.

Effectively collected and collated broad-spectrum data sets for product teams.

Security integration for corporate SSO is very easy, but I wish the API offered more fine grain user / license controls.
