Pros
- it is easy to do visual representations of ideas
- it is easy for people to share thoughts with post its
- it is easy to edit and use some components
Cons
- sizing and scale of frames is random and some of our boards look super small compared to others - can this be configured?
- customise colours for post its / fonts to align with corporate colours
- improved collaboration with stakeholders
- allowed for flexibility of research, thinking and ideation
- we use if with all of our clients and is easy to train them on how to use it, does not need a lot of housekeeping
a strong impact on collaboration, we work remotely with clients across the country and we use Miro for most of our interactions
when I joined my firm Miro was already the tool used and we didn't need to move away from it
