Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to organise information that can be easily circulated to others within the organisation, especially for the kind of information that can be best delivered with some type of visual aids. Miro board is also great to facilitate meetings and collaboration. I find that the fact that Miro is very dynamic (as opposed to e.g., ppt, excel), i.e. you can move it around and add post-its etc. makes the discussions more engaging.
Pros
- How you can zoom in zoom out and move freely
- Infinite space for creativity and doesn't feel as restrictive as say working with a Word or PPT
- Great amount of templates
- Great for collaboration
- Great for facilitating engaging conversations
Cons
- A little bit slow to load
- The organisation - the list of Miro boards and spaces was confusing for me as a new user
- Improved collaboration
- Mimics whiteboard working as a group when some colleagues are based in a different location
Yes - we have colleagues in different office locations and we can do a fun product retro and brainstorming at one place
