Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are a geographically diverse team within a start-up environment. As such, there’s a lot of fast-paced action but not a lot of documented strategy. Miro has been invaluable for allowing a range of stakeholders to easily document and visualize their customer journeys, work processes, strategic exercises, and even showcase creative work for approval. During workshops, everyone has the same access and view.
Pros
- Customer journey mapping.
- Strategic exercises - CVP development.
- Retro meetings - what went well; what didn’t; what to keep or do differently next time.
Cons
- Automatic font resizing.
- This allows our tech-obsessed team from all over Australia to participate in urgent strategy development; we don’t have to wait until we are in person.
- Easy to refer back to previous workshops as it’s all in the same place.
- Saves physical space in our small office - we have a virtual war room.
We have staff in multiple cities and offshore staff as well. In addition, we have a hybrid work environment where staff are freely able to choose home or the office. Our directors are also very time-poor. Being able to log on and work collaboratively anywhere at any time is immensely useful.
Miro is easier to access and more intuitive to use. It’s difficult to get new users onto Lucid, and the applications are not as clear. Plus, we find Miro very cost-effective.
