Overall Satisfaction with Miro

drawing flow charts have been useful for me, its easier than using diagrams with google. Also tried other methods using google suites but it all seemed to be not so useful and fast, unlike Miro which makes it easier for me to quickly draw out something. the shapes, arrows and sticky notes are all useful for me.

Pros

  • connecting of arrows and boxes
  • the quick customization of colours for boxes and arrows
  • quick notes / text to be added anywhere

Cons

  • the export in the free version is small and not enough for usage
  • the connection between the boxes sometimes can be confusing as there can only be 4 fixed points
  • i cant use shift key to fix a perfect square or circle
  • it has allowed me to chart nicely
  • present flow charts in a simple way
  • how complicated process flows and relations
NA did not know there was such a function but it was editing the diagram with another team member and the comments box was helpful enough to drive short discussions that allowed me to better draw my diagrams. it facilitated simple collabs but complicated ones were more difficult to coordinate

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

its suitable for simple to moderate complexity for the diagram to be drawn and it allows for various colours and types of arrows which can be really helpful. however if there are too many connections to be drawn then the diagram will be tough to read due to too many linkages and its is difficult to link >4 lines to a particular box
