Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to brainstorm with clients and internally within our organization. We have used it to help create and brainstorm social media strategies based on community output from internal and external stake holders. It helps us nail down strategy and campaign goals for current projects we are working on instead of using a real black board or chalkboard.

Pros

  • Brainstorming with clients who aren’t in office
  • Coming up with mood boards and social strategies
  • Taking notes and making lists during calls and meetings

Cons

  • Internet connection
  • Confusing interface
  • Integration with other apps and software
  • Improved productivity
  • Better overall ideas
  • Reduced meeting times with clients
It’s greatly helped the companies I’ve worked for both in the past and currently collaborate on projects. We work with a lot of different remote and free lance people so being able to share a space to collaborate without having to meet up makes coming up with fresh and unique ideas easy. It feels like an in person brainstorm session without having to be in person.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I believe Miro is best suited for agency work. When you work in cross functional teams and departments with many other clientele, it can be a great tool to use to collaborate on projects and ideas especially when people are working remotely or from other areas of the US. I like it for its brainstorming and getting to see a full picture when things are confusing to translate into just words.
