Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro helps our teams organize and map project efforts and milestones. Teams also leverage Miro’s easy-UI for brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, and planning.
Pros
- Easy to share/limit access - especially valuable for enterprise accounts
- Outstanding selection of templates
- Easy to produce/share presentations
- Extra features like video recordings and real-time commenting
Cons
- Sometimes the Miroverse templates are not useable- and I can’t figure out why- thinking it has something to do with enterprise subscription limitations
- Ability to hide boards from team list - so people without access don’t even know they exist
- Improved team engagement
- Eliminated inefficient collaboration on shared documents on internal servers
Whiteboard puts all team members on the same level - especially with private/anonymous mode- ensuring everyone feels empowered to share ideas and opinions.
I was part of recommending a whiteboarding solution to my organization, where we considered five vendors, including Miro. Miro’s superior UI, SSO integration, pricing structure, support and training, and simplistic admin management were The determinating factors that made Miro our clear choice.
