Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to build design concepts and storyboards and collaborate on presentations. Miro helps connect the team by providing a centralized location of work and information so that we can easily collaborate on mainly creative initiatives. In my experience with Miro, I have used it as an editor or viewer only, not a board owner.
Pros
- It offers ample working space to accommodate several ideas, teams, and projects in just one centralized board location.
- I have found copying and duplicating images on Miro to be very simple and intuitive.
- Sizing, moving, and simple editing are easy to use.
Cons
- The program freezes often, and images take a very long time to load with full resolution. It also usually lags or clocks when scrolling due to the side or zooming in and out.
- Adding comments, stickers, emojis, etc, is not very intuitive.
- Video accessibility for presentations is lacking.
- Collaborative teamwork makes for more efficiency and accuracy in our work.
As mentioned in my previous answers, Miro has allowed for great collaboration across team locations and functions.
