Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for general studies such as benchmarking, personas, and presentations. Our technology team uses it primarily, and I often generate PDFs to send to other departments, as they find it challenging to use.

Pros

Cons

  • Exporting PDF.
  • Copy preferences ate too hidden.
  • Thumbnail changes are difficult to discover for the first time.
  • Helps in project understanding.
  • More consistent analyses.
  • Faster return on new projects.
I didn't participate in the implementation, but that was fine.
It helps us with various team dynamics and collaboration in planning, presentation design, and critiques. We use it daily for our roadmaps.
Miro is much more straightforward and intuitive, making usage and sharing relatively easy. People who start using it often like it and continue to use it. Its collaborative nature and the ability to use it directly in a browser allow users to quickly open a board without much assistance.

Yes

Miro is extensively used for journey mapping, flow diagrams, presentations, and especially for team dynamics. However, when it comes to presentations, there is room for improvement in how it handles the order of frames. The frames don't always follow the sequence as they appear on the board but instead follow the order of creation or copying.
