I use Miro daily to stay organized with my project list as well as understand where others are on the team with their work and priorities.
Pros
- Excellent templates to choose from
- Real time collaboration with team members
- Visualization of a project from start to finish
Cons
- Sometimes Miro isn't as quick to react to an action that I need, it make take a few moments to catch up.
- It is tough to understand how loud the volume is for other users when playing music through the tool.
- Improves ability to communicate and collaborate with others
- It is easily shared with others and easy to refer back to when needed.
It has been essential for our global teams to come together.
Miro is much more robust and fits our needs well.
