Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to collaborate with my team and stakeholders. With this tool, I can share the planning every two weeks: what kind of work is planned, for which domains, and who will do what. We can see the short-term plan and the long-term plan (until the end of the current year). Sometimes, it's hard to pick a visual overview of the next steps.
Pros
- Visual and interactive space.
- Provides a tool where people can interact.
- Good templates.
Cons
- Limited visual options.
- Unresponsive with a lot of people.
- Expensive with multiple people.
- Improved collaboration with different stakeholders.
- Improve efficiency in meetings.
- Ideas are generated faster.
Indeed, it fostered innovation, bringing ideas faster. It also improved collaboration between people when collaborating on a specific common topic remotely. It improved, especially the planning and overview of steps that are foreseen/needed. It definitely impacted new projects but also had a positive impact on ongoing projects.
Well, Miro definitely has way more built-in solutions, with templates but still a lot of freedom with different formats. It also allows multiple people to interact on the same board/page to see who is saying/editing what. It also has the option to have everything in only one view.
