Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to collaborate on user flows and other business docs.

Pros

  • Real time collaboration
  • Feature rich product... you can do so much
  • Miro seems to be always improving

Cons

  • Tough learning curve for some... especially nondesign people who have no experience with things like Sketch or Photoshop
  • Enterprise security settings took some expert input to setup properly
  • I wish there was more examples on what the Miro Developer tool can do
  • The ease of the collaboration has been a win
We started on a lower-tier plan and then upgraded to an enterprise plan based on user acceptance. I would recommend not launching the product to widely till you get an idea of acceptance. Keep in mind, the business owner or 'champion' of the product will have to evangelize it to their org in some way.
Tons of integrations that have been implemented quickly with no issue.

I think Miro is more feature rich but I haven't spent much time with a paid version of Figma to really know.
