Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to share our business logic across different features and how a user journey works, specifically on the Front end engineering side. The wider business also uses it to share ideas for products and across engineering teams.

Pros

  • Easy to create the next items when you're on a flow/board
  • Easy to change the visuals
  • Easy to select the type of template you want to use

Cons

  • Sometimes difficult to know which template would be best
  • Sometimes difficult to find important documents, maybe documents and sub-documents would be handy
  • Sometimes it's difficult to find where to export the PDF if needed
  • Improved productivity
  • Better communication
  • Able to share ideas at discovery level
Has been really easy as part of integrating into my personal work process to share with the team.
Easier to share the thorough end to end of project ideas
Haven't used any in the provided above, but have used LucidChart as an alternative and it's much harder to use and the app isn't quite as intuitive.
