Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great support to remote collaboration - particularly within a team and with partners. It can also be a good tool for remote research. It can be frustrating to manage if you only have a guest account - but works smoothly one a paid account.

  • Guest accounts lack normal controls which is frustrating as a contractor on a clients account
  • Zoom, grabbing and selecting often confused
  • Learning curve can be high
  • Improves remote collaboration
Improved ease of remote collaboration
Miro is easier to start in than FigJam. And the features and ui are more familiar to me than Mural

Great for collaboration when remote with teams used to the tool. Works best for smaller groups Learning curve can make it challenging for general research participants or large groups
