Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for many different use cases, ranging from brain storming, workshop agenda, retrospectives to trainings

Pros

  • Template and canvas library, no need to start anything from scratch
  • Easy to collaborate and let everyone contribute
  • User friendly, intuitive
  • Voting options, timing possibilities

Cons

  • Integration with other tools and platforms (e.g. bi-directional Mentimeter integration, Teams)
  • Exporting to other formats is not so easy
  • Passwords are painful to use, as people keep forgetting them
  • Hard to keep track of all Miro board especially if the organization has many users and the spaces are not so well defined
We switched from another collaborative platform a few years ago and it was very easy to implement Miro, there were no challenges at all.
We had no issue at all during the integration.
We use Miro for teams that are not co-located and it definitely helped to enable everyone to contribute equally
It was a group-wide decision, so our team did not have a say on which tool we go with but we are very happy with Miro

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We use it a lot for retrospectives, brainstorming, workshop facilitation, as it is very versatile and can be adjusted to many different needs.
It is great for virtual work, but not so good when everyone is in the same room
