Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as our main platform when carrying out external workshops. The aim of most workshops are to engage a variety of stakeholders on digital healthcare consultancy projects we run, and we use Miro for all workshops - whether they are virtual, in person, or hybrid. It helps us structure workshops in an engaging way without needing to be in person or have to carry equipment with us if it is in person.
Pros
- Templates help save time on designing the boards
- Very intuitive to use and user friendly, even with no training or prior knowledge
- Collaborative - it allows visitors and team members alike to join active boards
Cons
- I can't think of anything, although I only use the free version at the moment! It serves all my needs and then some
- Improved professionalism and quality of work delivered for customers
- Improved customer engagement on workshops
- Improved attendance of workshops as we can now offer hybrid options due to Miro
It's improved our collaborative abilities By allowing us to host both hybrid and remote workshops. This creates more availability for people to join, both from in and outside the organisation, and therefore increases attendance - which then increases the value of the workshops and the richness of the data that comes out of them.
Miro is much more user friendly and intuitive, and also has more features for free. I also use Pip Decks, which use Miro board templates for their strategies and product, which makes using Miro even more easy.
