Amazing product for remote teams.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is invaluable for our organization; we use it for the following: Collaboration Across Teams and Locations, Project Planning and Management, and Stakeholder Engagement; it encourages creative thinking through its flexible canvas, breaks down complex workflows, processes, and data into visual formats, get input from decision-makers in an accessible, visual format, Workshops, and Training, also in Customer Journey Mapping for identification of our customers and what they do on our platform, it is last but not least also used for Remote Team Collaboration as mostly me team is working from their homes so it helps there.
Pros
- Real-Time Collaborative Brainstorming: It is delicious there because we can think simultaneously and make timely decisions, thus better visualizing and analyzing the problem statements and finding solutions.
- Earlier, we used to have non-interactive sessions, which did not attract the team's attention. However, with this tool, we now have Interactive Workshops and Design Thinking, which help us a lot in getting employees to focus on company goals.
- Process Mapping: we map it very well and know how the outcomes are driven through extraordinary processes.
Cons
- Speed issue, also performance not so good regarding broader visions alignment.
- There are only Limited Communication Tools (Chat and Audio/Video), so sometimes this can be a bit challenging.
- Limited Export options: Export options can certainly be much better as export is very important for any firm.
- RoI-wise, it has had a very positive impact on us, especially in outcome measurement, where time was reduced by around 12% in our third quarter.
- Single platform for collaboration, visualizing complex workflows saved hours of our time, especially in remote settings.
- Reduce spending and reduce the need for travel and in-person meetings, so save a lot of money.
Yes, it is the best feature, especially for remote setup teams like mine. I love how I think and make decisions using that.
Miro is really good, but the use case here is different, so I can't compare.
