Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to facilitate workshops and gain shared understanding among diverse stakeholders. Workshop content covers understanding customer insights, creating new value propositions, and aligning marketing stories and approaches to customers. This addresses the business problem of alignment of different perspectives across functions and teams. Having a shared space to work is highly valuable for creating a shared perspective.
Pros
- Allows multiple individuals to contribute to a shared space.
- Summarizes disparate content.
- Creates a common visual for online workshops.
Cons
- Searching for content on a board could be easier (both finding the search function and finding content on a board).
- Managing permissions for various users (by board owners, not only enterprise admins).
- Hiding and revealing frames within a board.
- Miro enabled us to continue working fully remotely, ensuring work continued to get done even when people couldn't be in the same room.
- Miro has reduced the effort spent printing posters and transcribing ideas from physical capture to conducting workshops digitally.
- Miro has saved us time and effort in bringing groups together.
Miro has allowed us to work more easily across disparate geographies and teams, ensuring that working asynchronously and simultaneously can both happen in a shared workspace.
Miro had better facilitation tools and a better desktop and mobile app experience. It has continued to improve with time and the new features introduced.
