Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to map the needs of our client's processes, from workflow mapping to information gathering and document collection. We also collaborate on projects internally, track ideas in team meetings and use the AI functionality to summarise notes.

Pros

  • Ease of use when mapping - stickies and arrows are perfect for this.
  • A large workspace to work on multiple elements of a project.
  • Easy to collaborate with guests.

Cons

  • Workflow mapping boxes set up like stickies - easy to duplicate with arrows.
  • The option to have multiple to do lists for different frames on one project board.
  • Better project management functionality - clearer view of what tasks are outstanding and who is responsible.
  • Projects can be completed more efficiently.
  • Easy to collaborate with clients.
  • Faster ROI.
We find some integration functionality limitations if you are not on a pro plan.
Our team is fully remote; Miro enables us to collaborate on multiple projects and provides a platform to share ideas in real-time.

Miro is perfect for our workflow mapping needs. It creates quick and effective visuals for our clients and also enables them to collaborate with us easily. We have found that we still need to manage project progress with external platforms; however, Miro supports us visually every step of the way.
