Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a collaboration tool. We specifically use it for sharing artwork, presentation decks and to collaborate across client-shared documents. It allows people to all be in "one room" and to collaborate and communicate directly on the work itself in real time.

Pros

  • Virtual workspace to upload and collaborate on documents
  • Track changes and project progress
  • Allow people to communicate in real time
  • Puts the work flow in one place
  • Supports lots of platforms

Cons

  • Being able to crop PDFs
  • See a history of the board
  • Making people have access to each individual board vs a project.
  • COMPLETE Return on Investment
  • Improved productivity on the design team
  • Allowed for streamlined feedback process and project mgmt
With the exception of being able to crop PDFs and word docs, this is far superior than Conceptboard
We could do a better job of utilizng Miro for every project. Right now, it's used sporadically because people typially "share screen". It would be helpful to keep information together all in one place.
