Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it mainly for the mapping of all the processes of our customers and how all their process will be mapped, this by creating flows within MIRO, also mapping email templates to configure them through the tool we use, it also helps us a lot so that in case of any change in the flow or update we can have something visual of how it is currently working and on that see what is failing or where we can make some improvement.

It has helped us a lot because we have a space like a blackboard where we can brainstorm, design different proposals for the problems, and make changes in real time as if we were all working in the same place and in sync.

The other programs are more difficult to use which makes MIRO a better option for all tasks, as well as having different tools and not only flow creation allows you to perform different actions in the same panel which allows you to track progress of all things from one place.
