Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro to share moodboards and mockups with clients and discuss feedback. It's a great way to collect everything together in one place, with an infinite whiteboard layout.

Miro is the best for sharing ideas on an infinite canvas with a clean and uncluttered whiteboard area, and crucially (unlike the others) clients don't need to register or login to Miro in order to view and comment on a board.

A critical selling point for us is the fact that we can send a Miro link to a client and have them view and comment on the board as a guest, without them needing to sign up or login to Miro themselves.

It's perfect for sharing designs and ideas with clients, but of course we need to create the designs in a different tool beforehand (we use Figma). We find that Miro is much better suited for sharing designs with clients, rather than sharing Figma links - particularly because the Miro board layout is well less cluttered and overwhelming. Miro feels clean and simple, which is what we need in this context of sharing work with clients.

Great product
