Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro mainly for running workshops, both in person and remote. I also use it as a brainstorming space and to create product research artifacts.
Pros
- Templates and Miroverse helps reduce creative brain blocks
- AI tools helps you summarise and improve writing inside Miro
- Thoughtful widgets to help you keep workshops running efficiently
Cons
- Not the easiest to find certain features
- Barrier for non-advanced users to pick up for the first time
- Work can become cluttered quickly
- Very helpful that it connects to third party integrations, makes cost worthwhile
- Helps you run efficient online workshops and summarise content easily
Very helpful as we are spread out across different states. Helps bring people together both online and offline. Sometimes it can be trickier if you have a mix of online and remote employees.
Miro has company wide budget so easy because all employees have the same access. Confluence also has budget and the whiteboard feature is starting to be adopted.
