Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We have used Miro in our engineering team mainly for maximise the impact by streamlining the journey from understanding problems to aligning solutions and delivering it in one go. It uses a single workspace and provides the better clarity in streamlining our product journey and it gives single connected overview which is very easy to understand.

  • May be they can reduce the pricing little bit so that it can become more affordable
  • They can add more types of canvases and flows
  • May be they can simplify the technical diagrams a bit
  • It increased our team's development speed
  • It also helped us create feature workflows faster
  • It eliminated the manual effort of building the connected overview
Regarding the implementation of micro, it is very easy to integrate Miro with other systems because it provides the in depth documentation for developers to understand the process and start working on it. Also it exposes multiple set of APIs for engineers so they can customise the flow however they want.
The reason I gave the high rating is because of easy documentation Miro provides to the developers. It offers lot of customisation to the engineers so that we can tweak the APIs as much as we can to make it suitable for our use case. Also, the documentation has in depth detail for each workflow.
Our engineering team works on hybrid model so sometimes we have to collaborate remotely. Miro easily tackles this problem by offering online whiteboard so that we can join a call and document all our discussion in that. Also it provides the feasibility of documenting the notes so that we can easily refer whenever we want.
Miro works very well compared to the other tools which we had used earlier because of lot of customisation it offers to the end user. Apart from that it is also very secure and reliable. It also offers variety of technical diagrams. So we would rate Miro higher than the other tools.

Miro is well suited if you have a large team working on a single product and if you want to create a single workflow which they can refer and build the flows on top of that. It also provides the flexibility to build anything from the scratch and provides good understanding.
