Probably the only tool I see myself using for years to come
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro has been extremely useful to my whole team because it makes any data, mock-ups, research, etc. very easy to share.
I use Miro every single day, mostly for brainstorming, collecting feedback for product research and mock-up creation. Before, all of this was mostly in text form in a Google Doc, which once you have to look through 10+ docs in a day, becomes a very inefficient way to share information.
With Miro I can create a quick screenshot-based mock-up for my design team, visualize data for the Product Managers, view our funnel to detect what can be improved and even track the release history.
All in all, it's become the #1 tool I use for almost any task because I'm a very visual person and I find that my team's taking in information much better in this format too. Would absolutely recommend for anyone, 10/10

Pros
- Brainstorming and ideation
- Priority analysis
- Mock-up creation
- Long-term task tracking
Cons
- Feel like I've only discovered the basics of its features, I know there's a whoooole lot more to learn. I'd like to find a way to easily test all of those features, cause it seems overwhelming to do on my own. Some kind of tutorial library maybe?
- Sometimes takes a bit to load if the board has a lot going on
- Really improved productivity (tasks take at least x3 less time to plan)
- Made cross-team communication easier
- Made prioritizing and tracking tasks easier
- Made it easier to find necessary data
Absolutely!
Not only impacted, but transformed it. It's my go-to tool for collaboration, and seeing as 100% of my team is on remote at the moment, it's been irreplaceable for us.
I'd like to point out how easy it is to share boards outside of the team too, since sometimes we have to share mock-ups and data with freelancers.
