Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro mostly for planning for our Marketing department We draft and mockup ideas for new marketing materials, as well as create visual plans for new processes. Our designers use it to create wireframes and visual guides when creating new assets. We also create mind maps and diagrams for content planning.

Pros

  • Great modern graphics for diagrams
  • Flexible solution for different types of diagrams and visualizations
  • Easy to use and easy to export anything you have created
  • Easy to share and collaborate within a team

Cons

  • The app is rather clunky compared to other solutions
  • The app constantly reloads and disconnects your account
  • The free subscription is rather limited
  • Needs updated templates for wireframing and planning
  • It has improved productivity
  • It makes our planning processes easier and agile
We mostly use the app, but the online whiteboard feature looks interesting. It is easy to share with others and to work with virtual teams. Doesn't require any installation to be able to see the content and collaborate.
Miro is more modern, more easy to use, and much more flexible than Visio.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is by far the best solution for visual planning and diagramming. If you need a platform that is flexible enough for different needs (from flow processes to wireframing or just simply mockups) this is it. Creating quick mockups and moodboards is easy, since you can copypaste pictures, add notes, and add text rather quickly, and you can share that with others from within the app or as an exported PDF.
