Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I have used Miro to document all the workstreams and processes within my organization, and created the first ever chart clearly showing all the interdependencies between different departments.
In addition to that I intend to host some process and efficiency improvement group sessions where I would like to capture the participants thoughts using sticky notes and comments. Miro really helps creating a virtual workshop environment for world where everyone works remotely. I see myself using this more for collaboration between colleagues and creating stunning visuals.

Pros
- The templates are useful
- The interface is intuitive and inviting
- As someone working in an agency space, I have renowned clients who also use this, which adds to our trust for this product
Cons
- Maybe there's an opportunity for Miro to integrate Ai and intelligently suggest cleaner aesthetic of flow chart (like how Microsoft PPT does)
- Some sort of integration with Microsoft PPT so flow charts can be copied and pasted?
- AI integration to summarize a Miro board
- It did help me form the foundation of the process improvement work I am doing in my current organization.
- Since last year, I have used this in at least 20 group sessions with team members and clients to facilitate discovery and formulate strategies
I have created current processes and workflow using Miro, and I have used this to share with other colleagues to get their feedback. Furthermore I plan to use this to host group sessions to do a deeper dive with my coworkers so we can land on sustainable solutions (process improvement).
