Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to map out funnels, ad campaigns, and marketing strategies, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear view of the process from start to finish. Miro is a visual tool for documenting client requirements, workflows, and mapping timelines. It ensures everyone (internal team and clients) is on the same page.

Pros

  • Miro makes it easy to visually map out client funnels, campaign strategies, and onboarding workflows, helping align everyone quickly.
  • It’s great for collaborating on ad scripts, content ideas, and client messaging clearly and interactively.

Cons

  • Navigating large boards can be tricky; a better way to zoom in or quickly locate specific sections would be helpful.
  • The text formatting options are limited, and more flexibility (like advanced font styles or better color coding) would improve usability.
  • The ability to collaborate in real-time has also sped up decision-making and improved the quality of outcomes, as everyone can contribute and adjust plans dynamically.
  • On the downside, the learning curve for new users can slow initial adoption, but once teams are familiar, the ROI becomes clear in saved time and improved project workflows.
Having everything visual and in one place keeps us on the same page and makes discussions way more productive. It’s cut down on back-and-forth and helped us get projects off the ground faster.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It’s less suited for scenarios that require heavy data manipulation or analytics, as the lack of spreadsheet-like capabilities can limit utility. It can also be overwhelming for team members unfamiliar with visual collaboration tools, especially on complex boards with too many elements. Lastly, while great for ideation, it’s not ideal for final document production or presentations requiring high levels of polish.
