Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Visualizing customer journeys. bringing people together and having them look at a single source of truth. We use Miro to collaborate and share ideas, especially since our team works remotely. It helps us solve problems like miscommunication and staying on the same page. We use it for brainstorming, planning projects, and running team meetings.

Pros

  • Journey mapping.
  • Ability to build something visual quickly.
  • Bring other to the same discussion and have them interact with it.

Cons

  • Resize multiple shapes.
  • Integrate gen ai visuals tools.
  • Interactive shaped on the board for others to click/mark.
  • Time to kick things off.
  • Clarity and alignment around single source of truth.
Can you make it work with monday.com?
haven't used integration.
Miro has helped our team collaborate on new projects by giving us a shared space to brainstorm and plan, even when working remotely or across different locations. It’s made it easier to organize ideas and get input from everyone in real-time. While it’s not perfect for every situation, it improved how we work together on creative and planning tasks.
Similarly, it was just what the org had already. I cannot see significant differences.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Great for brainstorming, initial planning projects, and team workshops, especially with remote teams. Getting everyone on the same page and sharing ideas visually is super easy. But it’s not the best for stuff like writing reports or bringing an initial mapping to an operational level, which results in the original Miro dying and becoming irrelevant over time.
