Improve the current help or maybe some online training
Miro has a lot of potential but is hard to get around with a proper guide

too early to measure this. However it save money on the license having many things in one product compare with microsoft

Capturing ideas with sticky notes is so fast and easy to share.
However working with templates for example swim lanes. It took a long time to find out a lot of things that I couldn't do when I tried to do my process mapping. The same issue with the tables.
