Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a WONDERFUL collaborative tool. We use it for leading workshops, organizing our roadmaps, collaborating on retrospective feedback, and planning anything, really! Miro has a multitude of helpful pre-built templates that can spark ideas and save time instead of building from scratch. I also love that we can plan a campaign from start to finish and share the board across the marketing department to enable quick collaboration. This tool is a huge win!

  • While collaborating is easy, sharing a board is cumbersome if a user doesn't exit in Miro. Please make this process easier.

  • I never run out of space on Miro! I can add all of my processes within one project.
We implemented Miro with our monday.com project management tool. Now, we can easily embed Miro projects on our monday.com boards without having to switch platforms. This has been very helpful in keeping us organized! This process was extremely simple. You don't need to be very technology-savvy to do this.
The integration between monday.com and Miro was extremely easy! This is the only integration I have been a part of, but it's very simple to add new applications to monday.com. You then select the Miro board you want to display, and it becomes visible within monday.com. I had no issues with other monday.com users seeing the Miro integration.
Our marketing team has a mix of remote in-state, remote out-of-state, and in-office associates. Miro has the capability to allow all associates within our department to collaborate on a Miro board for our quarterly marketing retrospectives. I allow associates to view the retrospective data ahead of time and make comments to help streamline our time together. This has helped us reduce our one-hour meeting to 30 minutes quarterly. Everyone loves to save time!

Miro is a great collaborative tool. You can host remote meetings, workshops, etc. and create a collaborative space where all can participate. I also enjoy being able to create workflows to visualize a process. On the other hand, Miro can be a pricey tool for larger groups. There does seem to be some lag when many users are on one board.
