Great tool for small or large organizations!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to help us keep up with our organizational charts in real time, many different departments being able to add, subtract and adjust on the fly. We also use Miro platform to create and update our 5-year plan, our Hiring and Onboarding Process, Operations plan and several other planning operations. We have used it to be able to include everyone on our staff to collaborate in the processes that we address.
Pros

- Even at base level, many available options
Cons
- There is some quirkiness in copying and pasting from one bubble to the next, etc.
- If I want to delete first in line on charts, it deletes the entire downline. There may be cases where I would want to keep the downline, promote the #2 person and change information there
- We have cut down on time that we would waste emailing, this helps our efficiency
- I feel the platform itself is user friendly, this has helped us see a better participation rate from staff who normally do not contribute as much
- With our plan, the ROI is fantastic, we love the productivity and collaboration boost.
We have several locations and the ability to collaborate in real-time is invaluable. We are pretty tech oriented organization and by using Miro for planning and organization, we are able to cut travel time and costs, helping us to facilitate meetings and brain-storming sessions at times that are most convenient and productive for the team
