Best for planning
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro with our marketing team. It is primarely used by me, as marketing manager, to plan yearly social media communication, make comparisons with our competitors, brainstorm a lot. I like it to use as a big whiteboard, which it is, to put all inspo there, all ideas, and then gather them together into something nice. Obviously most used item is table, because the good old excel is too boring for creatives :D
Pros
- Planing via calendars and tables
- A huge place to share all ideas in the team and out of it
- Supports pretty much all files, except for the videos, which i hope might change :)
Cons
- I believe there is more functionality than I usem myself, but as mentioned, I would like it to support video format, perfectly with auto play
- I believe it saved a lot, but I can only count in hours :) Flowcharts, timetables, etc - I love it all has pre made templates, sometimes I even use the prefilled ones, for extra ideas, and call me lazy, but building your own plan on some ready-to-go skeleton is so much easier and faster.
As written in previous question, unfortunatelly, team is small, and seniority doesn't use it, as I use it for daily tasks (planning)
