Miro is the state of art for real time colaboration tool
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used in our organization by several areas, from product owners, scrum masters, teams managers, financial, people, and so on. When we start with Miro, the need was to use a colaborative free design software, to keep on track after the definitions were maded. The pre-filled models are awsome, and help us to get out of box ideas for presentations, sprints review and following up, one-o-one meetings, and much more.
Pros
- Online and realtime colaborative tool
- Pre-filled models
- Bunch of usefull agile tools
- Log of past activities
Cons
- More usefull tables
- Microsoft Office integration
- Database models
- Productivity improvement
- Colaboration
- Affordable costs
- Team managemant
Sinse we are a remote only company, Miro's impact was vry big, in the way we maner to organize and keep on track of our meetings and day-to-day cerimonials. It is awsome to do same scratches, to help improve ideas, to demonstrate timelines and crate objetcs to following up the agile cerimonies.
Google Jamborad it's great for meetings note taking, but only the meeting is going on. Whe it finished, it's not possible to do new notations. Microsoft Planner is a great tool for planning and tasks tracking, but it does note have te colaboration tools, and real-time colaboration. Miro is the best!
