Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro primarily to create process improvements flow, as well as organize remote workshops. Miro makes it extremely easy to easily create flowchart to view and improve existing processes as well as collecting feedback from team members.

We've been using Miro to get people together and discuss things like feature prioritization, brainstorming and process improvements. Visually, it's the best whiteboard tool I've worked with and I love how they are always adding new features
I didn't like Mural because from a UI point of view it was really lacking! I remember everything was organized in folders and honestly, I had a hard time finding where the whiteboards were. Also, Miro's design is way more user friendly in my opinion. Even though we also have a similar tool in Figma, I always go to Miro because it's way easier to use and frankly, looks better
