Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently, it is used as a virtual tool within the UX department for brainstorming and presenting research findings. It is helpful during design thinking workshops and excellent for discovery/pre-design work. The flexibility of Miro aids designers and product partners with structuring their thoughts, making connections, and creating business cases

Pros

  • Sticky note functionality.
  • Pre-made templates.
  • Infinite scroll/workspace.
  • User flow creation with diagramming shapes

Cons

  • Voting function is awkward to use
  • Having to invite individual users rather than changing the link settings is cumbersome
  • Improved team productivity and collaboration.
It's mostly great, with a few glitches with the workshop/collaboration tools (like voting)
It's relatively easy to use and learn, which is great when onboarding new designers.
Unsure of what you're asking, not responsible for the integration.
I work on a global team, and Miro has allowed our team to move past just verbally brainstorming and provides the ability to visually collaborate.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It has been an incredibly effective tool for me and my team. It's my go to for mindmapping, user flow creation, data-dumping, and workshops. It is equally as useful for individual work as it is for collaboration
