Miro is a MUST.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In order to boost my productivity I try to transform every meeting into a workshop and Miro enables me to do so by providing the tools necessary to everyone one in the meeting interact between each other democratically and following a structured meeting to get a formed output. I love it!
Pros
- No delays, lags or so ever. It simple runs flawlessly.
- Cutting edge features like AI for diagrams, mappings,,,etc
- The integration that some times feels completely native with other tools
Cons
- Current way to organize boards, I would love a way to put tags or something that helps to have same boards in different spaces or sections...
- Better integration with Coda.io and Confluence as we always struggle when it comes to documentation point of truth
- The app for Google meet sometimes does not log in people on their users or frozzes so we lose track of what's being worked on
- 30% more output from the team when we switch to way of working with Miro
- Less travel as we can use murias digital board instead of flying over to use a physical whiteboard
- reduce research times
voting, diagraming, roulette,
Confluence and Coda.io as we start documenting more and more in Miro and now we don't know where to look first or where to actually work on
- Mural and monday.com
more top of the edge like AI tools, more native tools and integrations and more flexible when working with other tools
