Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Im UX Designer. I use Miro usually for creating space for big projects or simple task: it's a pot for everything:
- project kickoff: I can share my screen and work together with stakeholders on ready project canvas.
- benchmarking: I use tables to document competitors solutions and simple put post-its to highlight pros and cons.
- writing and summarizing research observations: Miro is very useful for this kind of work: I can simple organize and summarize my research observations using cluster analysis.
- even for simple lo-fi mockups: I can simple work with stakeholder on draft of solution using wireframe library and screens.

Pros

  • summarizing post-its into clusters
  • canvas for starting projects
  • collaboration with stakeholders

Cons

  • better AI functions, it's sometimes messy and don't work well
  • producivity
  • reducing time of task (summarizing research)
I give 10 because Miro is:
- very simple tool for everyone. You don't need special tutorial for use it. I can share someone board and that's all. You can start work at this moment.
- It's have very clear, modern interface.
- I like the way it works - easy toolbar with many options, big board, post its.
- It good for collaboration on workshops
- post-its
- tables
- collaboration with others, easy spotlighting, voting, emojis
- wireframes
- AI canvas
- AI tools

Yes, I don't need to use other tools like FigJam oraz docs. I use Miro for everything.
- FigJam it cost too much and don't have as may functions as Miro
- Atlassian is not good of collaboration and doing things in creative way
- Mural is very similar to Miro but I prefer Miro it was my first tool

I think Miro is excellent tool, it's very simple and I can share project to someone in very easy way. I think is the best tool for organizing project/task artifacts, specially for user flows, user research and even for wireframes. It can be useful for benchmarking - I can simple create table and put all competitors screen in one page.
