Miro - must have tool for a Product Owner
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a Product Owner, I need to diagram & organize ideas, track & plan work that ends up in Jira, and create visuals to communicate the ideas & effort/work with technical and non-technical audiences. I need to do this in a collaborative environment. Miro is amazing for taking a high level idea, converting it to a workflow/architecture, and then breaking it down to features and stories. It is easy to use, integrates with the tools/services I need (Jira!), and great for creating visuals.
As a bonus - if you like lining everything up perfectly, everything can snap to a grid relative to other objects. Or, if you're the chaotic type, you can press a key to ignore the grid.

Pros
- Jira integration (story creation, link management, estimation)
- diagramming
- visualization of ideas
- collaboration
Cons
- The Jira integration lags when modifying content from jira (e.g. story description)
- I want lines/arrows to snap to grid relative to each other
- Stop changing the color pallet every few months. Folks assign meanings to colors in their charts and it's annoying when some of those colors go away.
- higher team productivity
- clearer messaging to teams & stakeholders
- replaces multiple other tools (estimation, diagramming, note taking)

Yes, please see all the other responses I've made. I would have to repeat myself.
I'm forgetting a few others we looked at.
Miro does everything I need better. I'm not focused on technical diagrams, though I recognize the technical icon library has expanded significantly in Miro.
