Overall Satisfaction with Miro
running product discoveries, running retrospective meetings, taking notes or draft ideas and concept mapping.
i use it both for personal/individual use and as a team faciliation tool.
the problem for me is that i like big whiteboards and Miro offers me that everywhere and beign a remote worker this has made my life much better and easier.

Pros
- allow my ideas to start flowing
- enable team collaboration a nd retrospectives
- AI with it makes repetitive tasks much more bearable
- speed me up
Cons
- it gets really slow sometimes. loading a board, or navigating across boards
- i'll iterate on the slowness so this get more chances to get picked ;)
- i would love the ability to draw on it, as i would do on my tablet with my digital pen (tbh i haven't checked if this is already available, if it is make it more visible)
- hard to quantify, but it definitely made me faster in doing discoveries or in organizing brainstorming ideas
- it made me save time when i have to explain complex concepts or relationships in the product work we are doing.
auto groupings, AI to cluster stickies from brain storming.
the templates are good but to be frank most of the time we go with things veeery basic, like a 2x2 matrix or a few columns and then throw sticky's at it.
great are the voting functionalities or those features to facilitate meetings when users have to all storm on the board and add stuff into it

we integrate a lot with jira. i have mainly utilized AI from outside (chat gpt, claude, gemini) and then copy paste stuff in and out.
great feature for pasting as sticky's but however sometimes things get messed up or split in multiple sticky's.
i'm definitely using less powrpoint, but no other major impacts

well we use them in combo.
it generally depends if i want to have somethign mocked up quickly or if i need to do something more specific or structured or ready to be integrated.
so if i need a roadmap for the team to present to the company i probably do it in aha as it is there to stay and linked directly to product team work.
but if i need something "quick and dirty" as 1-off or just to build a single slide, i might use Miro.
same for projects: i might start drafting initial project plan in Miro and handle it there until it gets too complex, then i move to project or similar more specific tools
so in short Miro is a 1 fits all, but still cannot replace specific tools in each area
